She had us tour the two models with her noting upgrades in each then reviewing several floor plans to consider. As it turns out, pad site preparation (clearing lot, building up site pad, septic, etc) were more than we allocated. It was a throughal education and well worth our time.

A few factors can determine the timeline for your new home’s completion date such as permitting, inspections and weather. Currently, it will take approximately 8 to 10 months to build your home from the start of foundation to completion. You will enjoy working one-on-one with your Build On Your Lot specialist and Builder. We keep you involved in the construction process every step of the way!
