Laura was very knowledgeable, freely providing information on the estimated costs associated of building a new home. She had us tour the two models with her noting upgrades in each then reviewing several floor plans to consider. As it turns out, pad site preparation (clearing lot, building up site pad, septic, etc) were more than we allocated. It was a throughal education and well worth our time.

Of course! The majority of our customers do not have land when they first meet with us. We are one step ahead to help you through this process. Superior Homes Custom has worked closely with Realtors to find an ideal home site for your new home!
Many factors can determine the final cost of your new home. Floor plan choice, foundation requirements, upgrades, plan modifications and more. Our Build On Your Lot team is happy to sit down with you to discuss your ideas and budget for your new home.
Absolutely! Want to add a window or add more square footage? How about a bonus room or study loft? No problem. We are excited to create the home of your dreams. We’ll make our plans fit your lifestyle.

A few factors can determine the timeline for your new home’s completion date such as permitting, inspections and weather. Currently, it will take approximately 8 to 10 months to build your home from the start of foundation to completion. You will enjoy working one-on-one with your Build On Your Lot specialist and Builder. We keep you involved in the construction process every step of the way!
